Your order is completely safe when you buy online, however, if you prefer, you may place your order by calling 1-605-578-3724 during regular business hours. Customer Service: We will ship your order within two business days. In the event the item is temporarily out-of-stock, or there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you via e-mail. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct when ordering, and that you provide your telephone number.

Historic Photo Policy: Please note, all Historic Photos are sold for personal use only. For commercial use, please contact us.

Return policy: If you wish to return an item, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping costs, if returned within two weeks. Please call 1-605-578-3724, or e-mail ahfacility@rushmore.com, first to receive a return authorization number. The merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt and the authorization number, and be in the same condition in which it arrived and in its original box. Purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same credit card used in the original purchase. Merchandise returned without a receipt may be accepted in exchange for other merchandise of equal value. If you choose, you may order an item of greater value with the returned merchandise price applied to the new item.

Payment options: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards through our secure shopping cart system. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks can delay your order, as we ship merchandise only after the check clears the bank. Sorry, no CODs.

Shipping and handling: All products are shipped via US Mail using either Standard Mail or Priority to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, US territories and possessions, and to Canada.

When ordering from other locations, we will notify you by email of the charges and delivery times for your order.

Please select your preferred shipping option on the checkout page. Standard Mail service takes slightly longer than Priority and costs less. If you need to receive your order more quickly, please call 1-605-578-3724 prior to placing your order for costs.

Insurance: We cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost in transit (please refer to insurance chart). We strongly recommend insurance for items valued over $50 or if the item is fragile.

Members of the Adams Museum & House receive discounts of 10% and 15% on all merchandise, depending upon your level of membership. Basic levels receive a 10% discount: Senior, Senior Couple, Individual, Couple and Family. Special memberships receive a 15% discount: Potato Creek Johnny, Calamity Jane, Wild Bill, and W.E. Adams.
